Hummingbird
Hummingbird was designed with exterior styling cues reminiscent of the Ahwahnee Lodge in Yosemite National Park. Located right on the ski slopes in Bachelor Gulch, the 40 residences are spread throughout three separate buildings, the majority with direct elevator access to the residence. All of the residences have direct ski in, ski out access, an owners club building with a lounge area, fitness area, kitchen facilities, hot tubs, firepit, and the management’s reception desk and office. Owners took occupancy in the winter of 2005/2006 with all residences sold prior to the completion.
