The Villas at Old Greenwood
The Villas at Old Greenwood are whole ownership residences ranging from 1,500-2,000 square feet. They have rustic Tahoe mountain exteriors of red cedar, pickle wood and moss rock stone exteriors and copper roofing. The two-and three-bedroom Villas include elegant finishes such as walnut, travertine and slate tile flooring; polished granite and marble countertops; antique nickel and misted bronze fixtures; Alder cabinets; Moen and Kohler plumbing; a 42-inch sub-zero stainless refrigeration system; a 36-inch Wolf stainless steel dual fuel range; a Whirlpool washer and dryer; and a 40-inch LCD television. Each Villa also has a built-in outdoor spa within an expansive back deck and heated floors in the master baths.
Villas ownership also includes membership in Tahoe Mountain Club with playing privileges at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Old Greenwood golf course and Coyote Moon Golf Course, which was designed by Brad Bell. Additional Club benefits include access to the Members Pavilion, a swim, tennis, fitness and spa facility; admission to The Alpine Club, a ski lounge in the heart of the New Village at Northstar, as well as privileges at Schaffer’s Camp, a brand new ski-in/ski-out restaurant atop Northstar.
